I'm pretty sure meshing is when you can't access/damage it without glitching through the world. This just looks like average smelter placement.

No this is not mesh the structure collusion is ticked just don't do it with tp because it will tp you to the mesh

100% not meshing.

If you can access the inventory without using ghost you're not meshed. Clipping is fine.
