Unpleasant interaction with Airbnb host

It's worth examining if you did anything wrong, showed contempt somehow - but I imagine probably not. It's just first comment is that when things severely break down, the true problem usually sits somewhere between both aggrieved parties.
That said, she sounds batshit crazy.
(not to be insensitive to mental illness, you know what I mean)
She's outside her rights, outside etiquette. She might have something going on that's triggering her behaviour - schizophrenia, paranoia. She may even have covertly entered the room, hence the Hamlet "the lady doth protest too much" rant in response.
I'd leave a review, but write it neutrally, without bias. (a bad review, I mean, just not written angrily). Mention explicitly the things that she said, and preface it with a "this is just my opinion about what I experienced, your mileage may vary", so she'll struggle with complaining that it's vindictive, etc etc.
Don't elaborate or embellish in the review, make every word the absolute truth, and ideally don't make it over-long: simple, firm, to the point.
She doesn't need the money ? Cool, she shouldn't be listing the property - trauma for all concerned, it sounds like.
