Wait until you try Mobius. It's like Zybooks, but super finicky when it comes to entering in your answer and doesn't tell you when you are close like zybooks
After getting a D+ in one of my readings and participation activities in Mobius, I was baffled. I went back into the module, and behold- every last page's answers were g o n e . Now after finishing each unit item, I'm going back into the page to check if my answers are still there. And after finishing the module, going back in again to check. God... DAMN MOBIUS
edit: I'm deliberately going through each unit and now clicking the "save" button. Ugh
I hate math, but I can do it. Statistics is also more enjoyable than Advanced Algebra/Calculus classes. But yes, the book does a terrible job at “teaching”, but just doing the embedded work gets you As on everything. The “reports” they want people to do in the class are a joke though. That’s where people tend to lose points.
Yeah, the response times for me haven’t been good and a lot of the feedback is just copy and paste with different names in it. Kind of sad to be honest.
Yeah, the sense of no direction is what kills me, especially with math. Sure, learning things in Excel is beneficial but I can’t say I’ve learned anything of real substance and I’m doing extremely well in the class. I don’t expect much real teaching to occur since the instructors don’t build the lesson plans. It’s built for them and they just monitor activity and grade the work. I’m definitely considering somewhere else for my Masters/MBA.
I have been struggling the first few weeks of this course and I have had to dig around on the internet to learn what I need to in order to get things to sink in. I think there definitely is a better way to go about it. I will be looking for another avenue for my masters in the future
Some classes have been somewhat beneficial in terms of the material however, a lot of the assignments are just busy work with no relative purpose. It’s a lot of repeating the same thing with more requirements every week. I’m really hoping my core classes are different because I’m not in school to have to search for everything outside of the classroom.
I am in Stat Literacy right now and I miss Zybooks more than anything in the world. At least it would walk me through the problems and tell me when I was close, while Soomo is absolute garbage for Star Literacy and does nothing. To help you whatsoever. I’m learning absolutely nothing and struggling in this class while I did great at Applied Statistics.

Awesome can’t wait
I'm in Applied Statistics II and Zybooks is the worst! Topped with a professor who gives absolutely no help at all!

I agree! No direction or teaching at all! At this point I feel like I'm paying to teach myself and it's really frustrating.
