Might need a new catalickit converter.
That pun really drove me up a wall.
Sir your cat needs a new canooter valve, that's gonna be $85.
Plus labor and diagnostic fee.
”Have you tried switchinh him off and then on again?”
I suggest a DOG scan.
Shouldn't it be a CAT-sc... Ooooooohhhhhh
cat.exe has failed. Would you like to close or wait for the program to respond?
He must be cat-tose intolerant.
I made the mistake of giving my cats a bowl of cream once. One of them drank it like this and splattered everywhere. The other stuck her paws in it and then ran away, leaving milky footprints everywhere. Then she came back and knocked the bowl over.
My cats are now dairy-free.
Well since housecats are all lactose intolerant, they should have been dairy free before you gave it to them
There is lactose-free cat milk available in most pet food stores, though you can also give them normal lactose-free milk (which is probably even more expensive). My cats love it - and make a mess by splashing it everywhere.
I drink lactose-free milk myself so it's not really that big a deal to give my cat some when she yells at me for it.
She was fine with regular milk too (so was her half-brother so likely either a thing they got from their mom or just used to it) but still switched anyway since figured better for them (and me), especially as they got older.
She's 24 now too and interesting enough she throws up with goat and pet milk but no problems with dairy. She absolutely looses her mind over cheese too, and certain kinds of bread.
Meanwhile I have to keep an eye on my 11 yr old (that is also allergic to chicken) because if he gets into it and has too much his stomach gets upset. He's picky as hell but of course goes for Bunny's milk :/
The 2-3 yr also likes to steal some too but not as often.
Honest question. Is there any real reason to get a cat other than your landlord doesn't allow dogs?
Or are there people who actually enjoy their apartment smelling like ass.
I've actually noticed less of a general odour from my cat than my former dogs, the only thing that stinks is the litter box, and if cleaned daily it shouldn't.
Dogs smell a whole lot more than cats.
If you clean up properly after, neither having a cat or dog has to smell.
I own a house and my cats are roaming around outside most of the day, so no smell indoors. If you clean daily, pure indoor cats don't cause a bad smell either.
I just don't like the idea of a cat digging in it's shit-box and then hopping up for a stroll across the counter, or across my face when I'm sleeping. Had a cat when I was a kid and that little bastard tore across my face during it's 2am zoomies once and ripped a considerable gash in my cheek and lip with its claws.
Disliked cats ever since. Not a single one of my dogs ever used me as a goddamn trampoline while I was sleeping, my last old girl would very carefully climb onto the bed and nestle herself against the backs of my legs while trying not to step on me in the process, then wouldn't move until I woke up, myself. I miss that pup
Why are you here on a cute video of a cat being obnoxious about cats? Don’t get a cat then, no one here cares about your opinion of cats.
giving grown cats milk is a good way of giving them diarrhea
Why do Americans call milk cream?
Edit: apparently my serious question has offended some people with all these downvoted.
We don’t. Milk and cream are two different things
Whaaat? What is cream then? Why do you put cream in coffee?
Cream generally has a much higher far content than milk.
fat* ....for those who don't use English as a first language
Yes thank you. Autocorrect got me.
Cream in Australia goes on desserts and in cakes. Nobody would even think of adding it to coffee or drinking it. I just don’t understand!
It's a different sort of cream. Whipping cream or the like is what is used for desserts. Coffee cream is more like high fat milk. Generally in the 12 to 18 percent range as opposed to 1 to 3 for milk.
I think what you refer to as cream we refer to as "whipped cream" which is different than regular cream and further, milk.
BUT we also have "creme-filled" desserts, which are filled with like...fancier whipped cream?
Whipped cream comes in a dispensable can for us. It’s used to as a fluffy topping to desserts but also a filling for pastries and such too. Regular just “cream” is like a thick almost custard consistency here in Australia.
American who lived in Australia here. Your thick cream for tea and scones is difficult to find here in the US. The closest we have is creme fraiche or sour cream which are not the same at all. The cream there that is most similar to what people in the US call cream is called "pouring cream" in Oz.
What's wrong with that in some coffee?
Sounds like you’re talking about icing/frosting or whipped cream (what goes on cakes, cupcakes or pies) Heavy cream, light cream, half and half, and milk are generally the same thing but the fat content goes from very high (like 60 calories for a couple tablespoons) to fat free skim milk. It’s all still liquid. The benefit is you need very little cream to do the same thing as a lot of milk, which usually doesn’t fit in a cup of coffee without overflowing
Is it like a frosting, or whipped cream? If so then it’s not the same thing lol
The cream you are referring to, is what we call "coffee creamer". It is cow's milk with 36% fat, we do not drink this as you would gallon milk.
So it’s like condensed milk?
Condensed milk is milk that has been reduced in water levels by up to 60% and added sugar, this is not creamer. Whole milk, purchased in a gallon for cereal and the like is 3.5% butterfat. Creamer is 36% butter fat, the difference between the 3 products you mentioned are butter fat concentration and water content.
Not quite, it’s typically still white, and thicker than milk but not sticky like condensed milk If that makes sense. It’s basically a thicker, yummier milk that makes things like coffee creamy.
Cream is the same in and outside America. It is just there is a culture in the US of using cream in coffee and elsewhere milk is the norm. Everyone is defining the same cream
Cream is usually referencing “half and half”. Which is half milk, half heavy whipping cream. Which is what we typically put in coffee.
Milk is just called milk.
I’m so confused.
Do you not have coffee creamer in Australia?
Nope, never heard of it until just now. I always thought when I heard it in American movies or TV shows that they just meant milk.
Do you not have whipping cream at least?
We have whipped cream (in a pressurised canister and comes out real fluffy) which I assume is the same thing? It’s often used as a topping for iced coffees.
So what do you use to make your own whipped cream?
No not the same thing. Heavy whipping cream is used to make whipped cream. Add a little sugar to a bowl of whipping cream and whip the shit out of it..... whipped cream.
No one puts whipping cream in coffee. By cream, we usually mean ”half and half” which is half cream half milk. I, however, just use milk bc half and half is too fatty. Coffee creamer is another thing which tastes a little thicker than milk and is good for adding flavors
Looks like he learned to drink from dogs, not cats.
BTW cats are lactose intolerant AF and will get diarreah from too much dairy (which is not much), even though they love it.
Is lactose free milk ok?
To be safe, you can go to your local pet-food store and look for cat milk. As a German, I use [https://www.zooroyal.de/zooroyal-katzenmilch-6x200ml](https://www.zooroyal.de/zooroyal-katzenmilch-6x200ml) , which is available in a nearby grocery store, made for cats, sugar-free and my cats love it. Your country, whichever it is, should have similar options available.
Normal lactose free milk should work, but you'll have to keep an eye out for additives, especially sugar or such to make it more tasty for humans. It should be pure lactose free milk.
My cat only drinks fresh De Niro milk, it's very expensive.
google exist, but does lactoes free milk work fine?
“Go google it!..... but seriously same question”
- literally you
It was suppose to be a joke but ppl took it literally, just ignore my comment pls?
there it is. i knew i didnt need to scroll down that far.
it really depends on the cat, the same way as humans are. some cats are lactose intolerant, others are not.
Only came to see this comment. If you think slurping the milk looks bad, wait till it comes out the other side ;)
My magnificent cat is the same way, but the other way around, while he's peeing. He has the hugest litter box you've ever seen, yet he chooses to go right on the edge of the litter box and the juices run down the side and onto the floor. It's a great time for me, would recommend.
'The juices'. Gag.
The best part is that the juices make their way under the litter box, so I not only have piss all over the side but I also have to lift a giant litter box to clean up piss that's smeared underneath
I don't think your cat is a dumbass. I think he's an evil genius.
That behaviour usualy means that there is something wrong with the litterbox. Is it a closed top one? Some cats refuse to use them, and other see it as a territorial thing they need to protect so they mark it at the entrance. Especially if you have other cats in the house. While closed top ones are more convenient for us, they are actually bad for the cat. Cats also do that if its not cleaned every day. Have you tried a different litter filler. My cats used to hate the one that is like sand, so i started buying the silica gel ones.
I had the same problem! I ended up getting the biggest puppy pee pads I could find and put them under the litter boxes. I also spray the floors with pet enzyme to break down the urine smells. But I think what finally solved the problem was when I bought the absolute biggest litter boxes I could find that have high, sloped sides. I still put the pee pads underneath but haven’t seen any pee on them in weeks.
Does he stand on the box, and does he do any digging? If the first is yes and the second is no, he's telling you he doesn't like the litter substrate - it might be too dirty, coarse, heavy, or scented. Cats can be very specific about their likes and dislikes around the litterbox. If be happy to chat more if you dm me!
Have you tried a litter box with a lid?
I used to have one of these back in the day for a different cat. You're right I didn't have the piss aiming problem with that one. However, what I did have was a smelly cat problem. As if that style of litter box has a dutch oven effect, trapping all the piss and shit air and transferring the smell to the cat's fur. Maybe they have giant ones that have lids and more air circulation? Will look into that.
I got one at Walmart, way bigger than our other 2 litter boxes. It came with a plastic flap door that I had to remove, but otherwise it seems to work alright. It has a “carbon filter” slot in the top to allow air to flow out of, it seems to work well. I will say that that litter box gets used about half as much as the other 2 smaller, lidless ones. My cats are just bad about slinging litter and poop out of the litter box
Most cats prefer the closed litter boxes. Gives them more privacy to do their business
mine has arthritis, so he can't squat properly so he pees over the edge. I ended up buying a 16" x 20" developing tray from a photography website & it solved the problem. I no longer have to bleach my bathroom floor every 2 days.
yep mine too. except for some reason 1/2 the time he actually aims up and over the side. We have plastic surrounding everything near the box and under it. Gets chaged at least every other day unless he chooses to pee like a normal cat for a few days
I was a somewhat similar issue with my cats peeing on the wall over the side of the litter boxes unintentionally. I got clear vinyl and nailed it up the side of the wall until it hangs slightly over the edge of the litter box. I call them “piss shields” and my floor has been much cleaner since I deployed them.
That's modern art you idiots. Stop disturbing him.
A Catson Pollock
I truly wish I had an award to give you. Bravo!
That look: ‘what? Why are you staring at me like I’m some kind of weirdo?’
Your cat has a drinking problem.
Did you try turning it off and back on?
The milk is too low in the bowl, cats don't like to lower their head into bowls as it brushes their whiskers.
They also are lactose intolerant and shouldn't ever be given milk
Could be cat milk or lactose free. I give mine cat milk all the time and he loves it
Most cats are lactose intolerant.
Cats can't tolerate Milk / cream past Kitten stage
Haha, l love him/her!
Try restarting it
"Hey wtf are you looking at?"
She’s trying her damn hardest
Cat.EXE has stopped working
They're like that out of the factory. It's a feature, not a bug
Cat.exe has stopped working
About a 6.2% milk to mouth efficiency
Likes the taste, but not the milk.
It's the cat equivalent of chewing with your mouth open.
I think it is macro'ing
Black cats matter.
What cat? All I see is a warrior, the black panther. Wakanda foeva!
He’s duplicating the milk
Honey I broke the cat
Why is it always black cats? They're almost always derpy and adorable and I want one.
The singularity never happened, the expansion of the universe is from this cats tongue flinging milk drops onto his "empty space" (black fur)
One of our dogs are unable to drink water normally. She either eats it or does what the cat is doing. It's like she can't make a scoop with her tongue.
My cats in the liter box. Other end.
The Gene Simmons of the cat world, I’ll bet he’s popular around the neighborhood
Not broken, just a jerk.
Prolly just needs a gasket replaced....
Just turn it off then on. That might work.
This post is so over used my mom has seen it
I think your model is defective.
Me putting too much effort in something and fucking it all up
LOL someone definitely has dogs as well XD
My cat always drinks from the far edge of his water bowl so we have to put a plate under it to catch all of the water the slips off the side.
Check the flux catacitor
This cat has a drinking problem.
MLEM MLEM MLEM MLEM
Ay bruv I thought your not meant to give cats milk
I’m still pissed off about the asshole that used white caulk joining two pieces of blue pearl granite.
Human, you don't know decadence
Tongue is too long. Lol
This is interesting because cat tongues are supposed to fold backward when they drink. I wonder if the tongue is folding forward in this case.
It's sharing with the counter. Some for me some for you.
Isn't cats like lactose intolerant and get massive diarrhea?
Cats are lactose intolerant and should not drink milk.
It could be special cat milk you can buy.
Not all cats are lactose intolerant.
Maybe there’s more milk in the bottom of this bowl.
No, normal cat behaviour right there folks.
Don't give your cats milk!
Are those black paper towels in the background?? Fancy fancy...
The cat is like “I do this because I don’t have to clean it up”
Just a tip, cats shouldnt have milk :)
Isn’t it bad to give milk to cats?
Having the cat’s dirty, litter box paws on the counter where food is prepared is disgusting.
No it’s just an asshole wasting what it’s got.
he a little confused but he got the spirit
See you in hot
she/he want to be white...
Just buy a new one
Kill it. Before it lay eggs
What a spazoid lol
Yet he is drinking it, although in a messy manner
this owner knows this cat does this lmao, excellent bowl placement
Ten-chan drinks like that, have you stolen him?
Fix his teeth
