Will screaming make my voice deeper?

No, unless you damage it and then your speaking voice might be lower for a few days or for a day while it heals. I dont know why you would think that

From what I heard, if you do lows low enough it will gradually expand your lower range but it should not affect speaking voice at all.
Same thing with singing, just because someone has very high range or very low(or both like David Bowie) does not mean that normal speaking voice will change.
In my limitly educated opinion, expanded range gives you an **ability** to scream at lower/higher/both, it does not destroy your voice.
