My coinbase wallet app was automatically logged out, yet after i put my 12 phrases it seems that i need to put another nickname and now i cant retrieve my wallet. Fyi i only have 1 wallet and phrases still on me. Is this a possible glitch or a hack?

Coin base wallet randomly signed me out and when I entered my recovery Phrases it wouldnt let me enter my correct username linked to the account, I was pretty much forced to create a new user name and when i did it went to a account with practically no money when i have 12k in my actual wallet.
